The Internship Experience: Week One When embarking on a new experiences its customary to hear the phrase, "Just dive right in".However, diving is such an intense experience, particularly when the object directly beneath your dive is something so unknown. Even diving into a pool is an experience that is both physically and mentally stimulating. Likewise, “diving in” to a new situation or environment can also be a scary experience.
